Most types can be made in great quantity, cheaply and are quick. One of our favorites is Paleo Tacos. Here is the Recipe:
1 head of romaine lettuce
1lb ground beef
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground chipotle
1 Tbs. minced onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

In our house we go through a ton of peanut butter. With 3 little ones who never seem to stop eating, its a fast and easy item to have on hand. With this in mind I decided to "Pump Up" our peanut butter. Here is how its done:
